A Comissão Processante (CP) recomendou o arquivamento do processo de cassação do vereador Vini Oliveira (Cidadania) por dois votos contra um durante a manhã desta sexta-feira (27).
Votaram contra a cassação: o relator Nelson Hossri (PSD) e o vereador Nick Schneider (PL). A vereadora Mariana Conti (Psol), presidente da CP, votou a favor da cassação do parlamentar.
Vini foi acusado pela médica Daiane Copercini de entrar no Hospital Mário Gatti no começo deste ano e filmar servidores municipais sem consentimento.
