O Portal Campinas Notícias fez um levantamento exclusivo sobre as promessas anunciadas pelo prefeito Dário Saadi (Republicanos) durante a campanha eleitoral e no início do segundo mandato. O resultado mostra que parte significativa dos compromissos não saiu do papel ou foi entregue com atraso.
🚨 Confira os principais pontos:
💰 Investimentos
- Prometidos: R$ 260 milhões nos primeiros 100 dias.
- Realizados: R$ 100 milhões (38%).
🏫 Educação
- 19 escolas em período integral: nenhuma construída em 2025. Apenas uma licitação iniciada em setembro de 2024 para 10 unidades, com previsão parcial até 2026.
- Creches: promessa de zerar a fila não cumprida. Foram iniciadas 9 das 16 previstas, mas a lista de espera permanece.
🚍 Transporte
- Licitação da frota de ônibus: Prefeitura afirma que o edital será publicado apenas em outubro de 2025.
👮 Segurança
- Contratação de 155 a 200 guardas municipais: nenhuma nomeação registrada em 2025.
🏛️ Patrimônio histórico
- Reforma do Mercadão: prometida para janeiro de 2025, foi entregue parcialmente em setembro, com apenas 80% de funcionamento.
🌊 Obras contra enchentes
- Prometidos: 4 piscinões e 2 parques lineares nas regiões da Princesa d’Oeste e Orozimbo Maia.
- Realidade: apenas o piscinão do Jardim São Fernando está em obras; o da Orozimbo Maia segue em licitação; os demais continuam em fase de projeto.
🏥 Saúde
- Hospital da Mulher: previsto para outubro de 2024, só foi inaugurado em 22 de agosto de 2025, com atendimentos a partir de 1º de setembro.
- CEEM (Centro de Exames e Especialidades Médicas): prometido para novembro de 2024, começou a funcionar em 10 de dezembro de 2024.
